Casting Robotic Cleaning Systems
These versatile, robotic air blast systems can utilize a variety of abrasives, such as shot, grit, etc., to clean casting surfaces of sand, scale and other deposits. The robotic nozzle follows the contours of the work-piece precisely, maximizing coverage and minimizing media consumption.
Casting Rough Finishing Systems
Systems available allow for the initial processing of various castings– supporting operations such as de-spruing, sawing of gating systems, knock-off of risers, etc. Automated, robot based cells perform what is traditionally one of a foundry’s most dangerous jobs.
Casting Final Finishing Systems
These systems, which may include flexible tooling, robots and/or configured cells, utilize grinding wheels, abrasive belts, cut-off discs etc., to streamline the finishing process.
Casting Decoring Systems
These systems can be fully automated for high-efficiency decoring of ferrous and non-ferrous castings.

Mold, Core and Casting Inspecting Systems
Our advanced inspection systems analyze your casting process and quickly detect deviations that can be corrected or “flagged”. We also offer a variety of vision inspection systems for castings, cores and molds to increase quality and decrease cost.
Casting Marking Systems
The marking of castings is performed by laser etching the mold or the core. Coupled with scanning readers, the system provides permanent identification of the casting for traceability, an important component in the quality control process of safety critical components.
